Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website and the installer portal. This is our target, not a claim of full conformance. We check our own work as we build; the site has not been independently audited.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML, with labelled form fields and headings in a logical order.
- Keep every page and control usable with a keyboard alone.
- Check text and controls for colour contrast.
- Build layouts that work when zoomed in and on small screens.
- Show form errors as text next to the field, not by colour alone.
Known limitations
- Plansets are technical drawings in PDF and DWG format. They follow permit-drawing conventions and are not fully accessible to screen readers. If you need a planset's content in another format, ask and we will help.
- Links to third-party services, such as SharinPix or roof drawing tools, are covered by those providers' own accessibility policies.
Feedback
If something on this site is hard to use, email hello@novarradesign.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and we can take your design request, privacy request or any other request by email in the meantime. If you need information from this site or a planset in another format, tell us what works for you and we will help.
